Why parents love 5 Element Cooking
Results from real families
Frida (10 years old): 'I made my family dinner for the first time, which made me feel really proud.''
Frida’s mum: ''It was a great opportunity to learn to experiment with different spices that we don't really use that much. We learnt a few spices can make such a big difference to the taste.''
Taor (mum of 5-year-old): 'Aneta’s warm and engaging teaching style made the session both educational and enjoyable, sparking my daughter’s love for creativity in the kitchen.
'Since our lesson, my 5-year-old daughter insists we make homemade turkey patties every fortnight... The experience not only gave us practical cooking skills but also reinforced how important and joyful it is for parents and children to cook together.''
Rassy's mum: “It was so lovely to see Rassy (9 years old) so happy with his achievement. Aneta made it an easy win and she was very calm throughout, it helped me to take a step back and I was surprised at how much Ras could do already on his own.
The soup was delicious and he immediately went home and cooked it by himself for his brother. My only complaint is that now he desperately wants me to buy a toasty maker. Small price to pay. :) ”

Layla (11 years old): ''I loved doing the online cookery class. It was really fun and easy to follow. I made my family dinner for the first time, which made me feel really proud.''
Why most parents struggle to teach cooking at home

Most parents WANT to teach their child cooking skills…
but life gets busy, confidence drops, and parents end up doing most of the work themselves.
• Without a clear structure, kids stay stuck “helping” instead of cooking on their own
• Life gets busy — and it never becomes something you do consistently
• Parents end up stepping in and doing most of the work
• Kids lose confidence because they’re not guided step-by-step.
That’s exactly why this workshop exists.
We guide you step by step through the entire process, so your child builds real kitchen confidence safely calmy and independently.
What often takes months of trial and error…
we help families build in just 14 days.
Waiting usually means staying stuck in the same cycle of “helping” instead of real independence.
What's included:
Built for real progress
Not just watching — your child learns step-by-step, in real time, with guidance so they actually follow through.
No more guessing what to do.
You’ll leave with a calm, repeatable routine you can run any evening — even when you’re tired.
A clear plan for:
when you cook
who does what
what success looks like
So it actually fits your life (instead of feeling like another thing to manage).
A simple structure your child can follow to:
prepare ingredients
cook safely
build a full meal
👉 without you stepping in constantly
Your child learns how to:
balance flavours
adjust meals confidently
fix things when they go wrong
👉 this is what turns cooking into a lifelong skill
By the end of the program:
your child can take the lead
you don’t have to do everything
cooking becomes something they own
A simple way to see exactly what your child can do independently
(no guessing, no doubt)
THE RESULT
By the end of the 2 weeks:
your child cooks a full family meal
safely, confidently, and independently
Limited spots available for the next workshop
We keep groups small so each child gets proper guidance
Meet the teacher
Hi, I’m Aneta! I'm a cookery teacher and mum of two.

And honestly… I used to think exactly like most parents do.
“This is going to be messy.”
“What if it’s too difficult for them?”
“What if they lose interest halfway through?”
So I ended up doing most of the cooking myself while my children mostly watched or “helped”.
But over time, I realised something important:
Children are capable of much more than we think — when we guide them step by step.
Once I changed my approach, cooking together became calmer, easier and far more enjoyable.
Even small tasks helped build confidence, independence and pride.
That’s exactly why I created this workshop — to help families build real kitchen confidence without the overwhelm or guesswork.
The 5 Element Cooking Method
What makes this cooking class different from other cooking classes
Most classes teach recipes. I teach a repeatable method.
Instead of memorising recipes, you’ll learn how flavour works, so cooking feels easier, more intuitive, and more enjoyable for the whole family.
With the 5 Element Cooking Method, you learn how to create balance in any dish, so food tastes better, cooking feels simpler, and you actually want to do it again.

Why Families Join Early
The younger children start building independence, the more natural these habits become later.

✔ Small live groups so every child gets proper support
✔ Pilot pricing available for this round only
✔ Cooking confidence builds through repetition and consistency
✔ The earlier children start, the easier independence becomes later
A small, calm, live guided workshop series for parents + children.
Most children don’t suddenly become independent in the kitchen one day — confidence is built through repetition and guidance.
Over 2 weeks, we cook together in 3 short live sessions designed to help your child build real kitchen confidence step by step.
BY THE END OF THE WORKSHOP:
✔ Children learn age-appropriate kitchen safety and independence
✔ Your child builds confidence through real kitchen tasks
✔ You create a calm cook-together routine you can repeat weekly
✔ Parents get clear structure without overwhelm or guesswork
✔ Families leave with a simple meal framework they can reuse again and again
We’ll start with a simple tomato salsa before moving into tomato soup + toasties using the 5 Element Cooking Method.
